HOW YOUR PUPPY IS ALLOCATED

1.    Puppies are allocated in the order that bookings  have been made. Date of booking is  the day your booking fee has confirmed your application.

2.     When a litter is about two weeks old, we carefully study the application form/wish lists  for the ideal match for you and your family.  If we think there is a puppy in the litter to suit you, we will pop you an email to let you know that your puppy has been born.

3.     If we think this puppy may not suit you after all, we contact you with our reasons and to discuss with you whether you would like to take this puppy, or defer to another litter.  

4.    If you list more than one color and and either gender your waiting time will be shortened.

5.   Occasionally a puppy will be deferred or cancelled due to the timing being inconvenient of changes in family circumstances.  Keep checking the Puppies Available page and if some sweet puppy's eyes call to you, do feel welcome to email us or call us to inquire.
